These Terms & Conditions govern your use of carioaudit.com and your purchase of CarioAudit vehicle-history report services.

1. Service

CarioAudit provides VIN-based vehicle research and digital vehicle-history report services. You must submit a valid 17-character VIN to purchase a report package.

2. Informational Nature of Reports

Vehicle-history reports are informational tools. Data can come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. CarioAudit does not guarantee that every accident, title event, owner, lien, theft, salvage event, repair, auction, recall, flood/fire event, or other event will appear in a report.

3. Buyer Due Diligence

A report is not a substitute for an independent mechanical inspection, test drive, title and ownership verification, lien search, recall check, professional valuation, or legal advice. You remain responsible for deciding whether to buy, sell, finance, insure, or otherwise transact involving a vehicle.

4. VIN and Order Information

You are responsible for entering the correct VIN and accurate checkout information. If a report is generated for the VIN you submitted, an incorrect customer entry may not be refundable except where required by law or otherwise approved under our Refund Policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed before checkout and may change prospectively. Payment must be successfully authorized through the methods shown at Shopify checkout.

6. Digital Delivery

Report packages are digital services and are delivered electronically. Processing and delivery times can vary because of technical systems and third-party data availability.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service in a harmful manner, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

9. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

Third-party automotive names, logos and trademarks displayed for informational reference remain the property of their respective owners. Unless expressly stated and verifiable, their appearance does not imply partnership, sponsorship, certification or endorsement.

10. Third-Party Data and Services

The website can rely on Shopify, payment processors, analytics services, communications providers, and vehicle-data or report-fulfillment sources. Third-party availability and records are outside our complete control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CarioAudit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising solely from reliance on incomplete third-party vehicle-history information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. The current version and update date will be posted on this page.
